I am Artemis Evangelidi, the Founder of Aipeia Consulting and I am delighted that you are here, on my page. It All Begins With A Journey...
Our journeys are all different. We each come to the table with a story and within that story lie thousands of other stories with unimaginable depths and imprints on our psyche. And without us knowing, those stories determine the content of what is yet to be created.
When we release these old stories whilst keeping the lessons and the value they provided, we free ourselves to create our new reality. We allow ourselves the chance to Let Go to Grow. And we do all of this so that we can finally be free from all that was once holding us back.
By embracing my R.A.D.I.C.A.L method of living and leading, you will step into a new way of being from a place of pure empowerment.
Why?
Because we have woken up to our truth and the truth of our world. When we want to see change, we must first be that change ourselves. We want to live better, inspire others and create brilliance. We want a world that is fair, just and ethical, with integrity at its core and equity for all.
How?
Everything begins with us. Before we can do the outer work we have to do the inner work. And the inner work requires that we re-connect with our authentic selves.

When we shine the light on what needs to be seen, we make space for the new to come in - the new way of being, doing, creating and living. This new way is one of heightened awareness and elevated consciousness. It is the way of the Re-Imagined Conscious Leader.
What Is Leadership?
Leadership is not about positions, titles or roles, but it is a way of life. It is about presence, self-awareness, love, kindness, empowerment and about living your life consciously and with purpose. It is about walking your talk bravely so that others can do the same. It is about paving the way courageously so that the road is accessible to all. It is about integrity, respect and empathy. It is all those things and so much more.

The R.A.D.I.C.A.L. method informs my work and at a higher level, provides the cornerstone for my workshops, consulting services and coaching programs.
