What are the dynamics at play? Who is aligned with what? Are roles clear? How do people communicate? A clear understanding of what is at play, what is driving behaviour and how the team operates as one unit is what will assist us to ascertain the training and further work that is required.

 

Implementing

A staged roll-out is implemented with feedback mechanisms and data analysis to ensure that each new step works as envisioned when put to the test. Remaining flexible and adaptable we tweak whatever is needed to embrace the new way of doing things.

Training

Our signature 2-day Conscious Leadership Workshop is undertaken by all team members followed by tailor made Conscious Leadership Intensives that look to bring the team closer to the desired outcome. A variety of topics are covered including Mindfulness, Resilience, Communication, Conflict Resolution and so much more.

 

Leading
