One-Day Retreat - Introduction to Mindfulness
A focused introduction to mindfulness, team connection, and stress recovery—ideal for busy teams needing a quick reset.
Teams will not need to stay on-site.

Two-Day Retreat - Deepening into Mindfulness
A deeper dive into mindfulness practices, communication, and leadership presence—perfect for teams navigating change or growth.
Teams will stay on-site for one or two nights.

Three-Day Retreat - Immersive Mindfulness Journey
A fully immersive experience for sustained impact—supporting culture transformation, strategic clarity, and deeper connection.
Teams will stay on-site for two or three nights.
We will design the right retreat for your team, based on what you need, where you are located and your budget.
What is normally included:
Accommodation and all meals depending on your choice of nights/days;
Guided mindfulness sessions including theory and embodied practices;
Morning and or afternoon yoga based on your preferences;
Daily breathwork, somatic movement and/or other mindfulness modalities;
Nature based experiences such as guided silent meditative walks;
Facilitated group reflections and dialogue;
Custom themes to align with your goals (i.e. communication, purpose, vulnerability, authenticity etc).
