My Life, Mindset & Conscious Leadership Coaching requires an initial commitment of 12 weeks. During our 90-minute weekly sessions we go in deep to look at what is working and what needs to change. We question what is getting in the way of your own brilliance and commit to your empowerment. We take the Conscious Leadership Attributes and work them into your everyday life as we apply your new skills to your current environment. We do whatever it takes to get you to where you want to be. This unique 6-step program has been developed with evidence-based practices, cognitive behavioral exercises and much more.
Coaching is available in person within Victoria Australia or online world wide.

When we decide that the time has come to work on ourselves, we have to firstly look at where we currently stand. Which side of the fence are we on? With self-reflective exercises, guided discussions, journaling techniques and analyses, all deeply rooted in behavioural and cognitive psychology, personal development and spiritual practices, we begin to understand where you stand and why.
